2 GHz Common-Source MOSFET LNA - Common-Source 2 GHz LNA implemented on a IBM 180nm 7RF process.

2 GHz Common-Source Simplified MOSFET LNA - Simplified Common-Source 2 GHz LNA implemented on a IBM 180nm 7RF process. This is a remake of the previous LNA, it has only one stage and no on-chip blocking capacitors. Agilent Momentum package was used to simulate the inductors and their interconnect in this amplifier.
